If motivation were easy, then everyone would be exactly where they wanted to be in life. Motivation comes to us depending on how we feed ourselves.

What do feed your mind everyday?

So, next time, rather than choosing to watch 50 useless (yet funny) videos in the row on facebook (Hi, I am guilty too!), let’s watch 5 for fun and then spend the other 45 minutes doing something to feed our brains with motivation, such as reading a book or watching a TED talk.
